The Service and its original content, features, integrations, underlying algorithms, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MillionsCyber and its licensors. Our trademarks and global trade dress may not be utilized in connection with any external product or derivative service without the prior written consent of MillionsCyber executive leadership.
For premium tiered users, by providing a payment method, you expressly authorize MillionsCyber to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis. Failure to maintain successful billing authorizations may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your infrastructure nodes and data.
In no event shall MillionsCyber, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data corruption, bandwidth costs, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or inability to access the deployment Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
